Production Officer – Rabigh

Production Officer To lead a self-directed, multi-functional team to efficiently process and pack seafood products (shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish) in accordance with company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, ensuring product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within management performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets according to product specifications and quality standards
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure all employees perform their tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs and food safety requirements
Oversee seafood processing activities including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing to ensure adherence to yield and quality targets.
Review production plans with the Planning Department to guarantee product availability according to schedules.
Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and specification
Ensure all seafood products meet company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Fish Processing, or related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within a seafood or food processing environment
Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards
Excellent communication skills English / Arabic
