Team Manager – Rabigh

Team Manager To manage a self-directing, multifunctional team in the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner

Key Responsibilities

• Works as part of the departmental management team to achieve business goals and develop & implement strategies.
• Plans and executes plant run times to meet master production schedule.
• Directs labor resources to achieve required manning levels in production areas.
• Ensures regulatory, quality and hygiene standards are maintained within the department and that necessary documentation is completed.
• Assists with the management of departmental health & safety compliance and with implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to rectify production issues.
• Manages training needs and staff performance within area of responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy / food technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience at supervisory level reporting to plant manager.
• Experience in operating fully automated Seafood plants.
