The Government Transactions Achievement Center is seeking Emirati candidates to join our team as Customer Happiness Service Representatives. As a Customer Happiness Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about serving their community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and transactions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on government services and procedures.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in Dubai’s economy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
