Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the position
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

Emirati nationality with a valid residency permit
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages

Location: The position is based in Dubai (Al Barsha), offering convenient access to transportation and amenities.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience
8-hour workdays, Sunday to Thursday
