Position Overview:
As an Office Assistant in the Reservations Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our reservation services. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing reservation inquiries and bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the reservations team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms and amenities for guests’ reservations.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents as needed by the reservations team.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions with guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
