Job Description:
Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation is currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Community Sports Executive. This role involves organizing and managing community sports events to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among women in Sharjah.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community sports events and activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including government entities, sports clubs, and sponsors, to ensure successful event implementation.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract participants and sponsors.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements, including venue booking, equipment rental, and participant registration.
- Provide on-site support and supervision during events, ensuring smooth operations and participant satisfaction.
- Evaluate event effectiveness and gather feedback for future improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication or a related field.
- Emirati nationality with Family Book.
- Proven experience in sports event management or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours and at various locations according to event requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Location:
The position is based in Sharjah, offering an opportunity to contribute to the promotion of women’s sports in the UAE community.
Working Hours:
- Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: 8 hours per day
