About the Role:
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Operations Engineers in the global food industry. As an Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the production line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the production facility.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Food Technology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
Location and Working Hours:
The position is based in Sharjah, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
