About the Role:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Land Surveyor at a private company based in Al Ain. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and prepare maps and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices.
- Measure distances, angles, and elevations to determine property boundaries and topographical features.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey data for development projects.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the field.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in land surveying is not specified, making this position suitable for fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
