The Production Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring the seamless and
efficient execution of video production projects from conception to completion. He/She
collaborates closely with the Head of Production, Content and Client teams, and other crew members to effectively manage schedules, logistics, and every facet of the
production process. An ideal candidate for this position is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage production bookings and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders,
including videographers, page-leads, client team members, and content creators.
• Oversee the acquisition of shooting permits for production projects in
collaboration with the Production Assistant/PR Officer.
Take charge of Studio Bookings, ensuring efficient allocation of studio resources.
Prepare and disseminate daily production reports and schedule updates to
maintain transparency and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct accurate tracking of production expenses, ensuring timely payment of invoices and adherence to budgetary constraints.
