Job Description: As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s talent management strategies. You will work closely with our HR professionals to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
