Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge in Abu Dhabi, UAE? Look no further! We have an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as an HR and Administration Manager.

About the Role:

As the HR and Administration Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Drive recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, and employee relations processes.
  2. Administrative Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including office management, facilities, and administrative staff supervision.
  3. Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices. Continuously review and update policies to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.
  4. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives. Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels. Support career development and succession planning efforts.
  6. Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Work closely with managers to address performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
  7. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and measure HR effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key HR metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in HR management roles, preferably in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
