About the Role:
As the HR and Administration Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Drive recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, and employee relations processes.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including office management, facilities, and administrative staff supervision.
- Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices. Continuously review and update policies to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives. Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels. Support career development and succession planning efforts.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Work closely with managers to address performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and measure HR effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key HR metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in HR management roles, preferably in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
