What are the required conditions?
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related administrative field. CIPD or SHRM HR professional certification is a plus.
– Must have experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and admin.
– A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a multinational company. Preferably within the Medical Devices Industry.
– Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
– Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
– SAP SuccessFactors experience is an added advantage.
– Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
