Position Overview: Human Resources Officer
As a Human Resources Officer at our center, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to empower individuals and provide them with the guidance they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
- HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in human resources, preferably in facilitation or guidance centers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
Salary and Benefits:

Working Hours and Location:
