Job Description | As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources processes. Your responsibilities will include: |
Responsibilities | Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings; maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases; coordinating HR projects (e.g., employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluation processes, training sessions); assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.); handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related information and guidance; supporting the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures; assisting with organizing company events and employee recognition programs; participating in HR meetings and taking minutes when necessary. |
Requirements | Proven work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role; knowledge of HR functions and best practices; familiarity with HR software and databases; experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus; strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous; high degree of integrity and confidentiality in handling HR information; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is preferred. |
