Job Description:

1. Human Resources Assistant:

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support to the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assisting in employee relations activities and addressing employee queries.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as drafting correspondence and organizing meetings.

2. Administrative Assistant:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and various departments. Your duties may include:

  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Handling general office administrative tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
