A valid teaching qualification e.g. PGCE or state license in your subject area
Ideally, 2 years of teaching experience although a STRONG NQT can be considered
A high command of written and spoken English
Experience of the USA Common Core is beneficial but not essential
Up to date with modern teaching styles
Competent in using technology in the classroom
