To keep a regular check on the Net Promoter Score for your position and category. To ensure that there is a primary focus on self-learning.
3- MD – Architectural company
Provide management to employees and leadership for the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision. Motivate, mentor and lead a high-performance management team. Establish compensation, training, and short- and long-term goals for operations groups.
4- Head of the Center – Beauty and Weight Management
The Center Head is 100% responsible for managing the performance of the entire team. To ensure all team members understand their goals (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly). To lead productivity analysis for each role. To evaluate the performance of each team member. Learning focuses on self and team. Salaries up to 18 thousand – negotiable based on experience.
