Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding immigration and passport inquiries.
Assist clients with applications and procedures related to immigration and passport services.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation and paperwork.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher education.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration and passport systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
