Description
– Prepare a plan to achieve company targets.
– Prepare and build an accurate route plan for the merchandisers in your area based on the market’s needs.
– Visit markets to ensure all products are displayed properly on shelves according to the BDA with the client. – Ensure and monitor that the FIFO method, stock level, price tags, etc., are applied for all products on display at the client’s side. – Reduce GRVs by performing the required analysis for the clients under your territory. – Ensure all GRVs are collected from client locations in a timely manner. – Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the sales plan set out by the Head of the department. – Build good relationships with key account clients and ensure customer satisfaction. – Gather feedback from clients regarding their schedules, including delivery timeframe and near expiry date acceptance scheme, and share the details with the operations department. – Perform daily visits to the market to ensure the merchandiser’s work is progressing smoothly and as planned. – Participate in the preparation of Purchase Orders for stock based on the forecast of the market’s demand. |
