Salary: 10,000 AED
Location: Dubai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Description:
We are seeking a Learner Satisfaction Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service within the real estate industry, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of learner satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with learners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in our educational programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and enhancements based on learner feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating learner events and activities.
