Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the center.
- Assist clients with inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Utilize management system tools efficiently to facilitate client processes.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Emirati citizenship is a must.
- High school diploma or above.
- Experience in management system, command, or facilitation.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
