Key Responsibilities:
– Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.
– Measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and strategies.
– Run campaigns through any of the following: Google Ads (preferred)/KOL/Tiktok Ads/Instagram Ads
– Prepare performance reports for management.
– Try new platforms and channels.
– Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
– Monitor costs and return on investment.
– Work with other departments (creative, copywriting, project management, etc.) to optimize campaign performance.


Qualifications and Skills:

– At least 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media advertising portals in the gaming/digital marketing industry.
– Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly with online audiences.
– Expertise in market research, ideation, testing, and optimization of advertising copy.
– Passionate about being creative and aligned with social media trends
– Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi / Urdu/ Chinese will be an advantage
– Ability to be proactive and think critically.
– Passion for growing the business.
