Job Description: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Providing information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience is not required but considered a plus.
