Description:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Call Center Agent to join our team at a private company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify customer needs and concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Work towards finding solutions to customer problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including shifts.
