| Requirements | – At least 5 years of experience in the same field up to Finalization of Accounts. – Proficiency in TALLY accounting software and MS Office (Excel & Word). – Excellent time management and communication skills. – Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | – Record daily transactions. – Prepare quotations, invoices, LPOs, receipts, payment vouchers. – Monitor cash and transact with banks for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payroll processing. – Analyze and reconcile account balances. – Prepare financial statements such as Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement, and Bank Reconciliation. |
