Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimates and budgeting for construction projects.
- Analyzing project specifications and drawings to accurately determine quantities.
- Preparing and maintaining bills of quantities and cost reports.
- Evaluating subcontractor quotations and negotiating contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and assessing variations to contract agreements.
