As a Quantity Surveyor at Alpha Construction, you will play a crucial role in managing the costs and finances of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include estimating and monitoring project costs, preparing tender documents, and providing support to the project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimates and budgeting for construction projects.
- Analyzing project specifications and drawings to accurately determine quantities.
- Preparing and maintaining bills of quantities and cost reports.
- Evaluating subcontractor quotations and negotiating contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and assessing variations to contract agreements.
