Description:
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as IT Specialists. The ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, along with at least three years of experience. Emirati nationals with a valid Emirates ID are preferred. The selected candidates will be responsible for various IT-related tasks and projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve IT-related goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
