Description:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Senior Strategic Planning and Performance Management Analyst within a government organization based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and systems.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure progress and success.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and consensus-building.
- Quality Management:
- Implement quality management principles and methodologies to enhance organizational performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Management, Quality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in strategic planning and performance management.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day in Abu Dhabi.
