We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Senior Strategic Planning and Performance Management Analyst within a government organization based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management frameworks and systems.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure progress and success.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on strategic initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and consensus-building.
Quality Management:
Implement quality management principles and methodologies to enhance organizational performance.
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning, Management, Quality, or a related field.
Previous experience in strategic planning and performance management.
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work 8 hours per day in Abu Dhabi.
