Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.– Visit retail outlets and supermarkets regularly to promote company products.– Ensure proper product placement, shelf display, and merchandising standards.– Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with customers.– Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.– Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.– Ensure product visibility and availability at all assigned outlets.– Prepare daily sales reports and route plans.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Sales and Merchandising.– Good communication and negotiation skills.– Knowledge of FMCG and chocolate/confectionery products will be an advantage.– Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.– Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
