Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
* Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and reports.
* Maintain customer records and update sales databases.
* Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
* Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics departments.
* Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
* Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* FMCG or Chocolate/Confectionery industry
