- Prepare and create a variety of pastries and baked goods according to the restaurant’s special recipes.
- Utilize advanced techniques in pastry decoration to ensure artistic and attractive presentation.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients used and ensure their freshness and validity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry section and fully adhere to food safety standards.
- Innovate and participate in developing the dessert menu and regularly adding new items.
2- Pastry and Bakery Teacher (Mulattah Specialist)
We are looking for a talented Baker and Pastry Chef with a passion for traditional and modern pastries, with a specific focus on mastering ‘Mushaltat’. The ideal candidate should possess high baking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
