Description | We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude. |
Key Responsibilities | – Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files. |
– Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive environment. | |
– Manage the front desk, including handling incoming calls, directing visitors, and managing deliveries. | |
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area. | |
– Assist HR with scheduling and coordinating interviews. | |
– Post job openings on various job boards and the company website. | |
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. | |
– Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates. | |
– Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts. | |
– Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary. | |
– Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. | |
