Position Details:
Position Title: Customer Service
Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationals)
Gender: Both male and female
Qualifications: High school diploma or higher
Experience: No experience required, but experience is a plus
Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English
Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience
Location: Al-Fujairah (Al-Hail), UAE
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:

1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
2. Assisting customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers.
5. Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
