We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Call Center Agent to join our team at a private company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update customer information in the system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Problem Resolution:
Identify customer needs and concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Work towards finding solutions to customer problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including shifts.
