Description:

Excellence Center is currently seeking candidates of Arab nationalities for the positions of Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai (Al Quoz). This role is suitable for individuals with a bachelor’s degree and experience in managing domestic workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers efficiently and professionally.
  • Actively promote and sell products or services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in managing domestic workers or similar roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
