Requirements:
- Nationality: Filipino/Philippine
- Gender: Female
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar HR role
- Language: Proficient in English
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate HR activities and events, such as training sessions and team-building activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
