About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Emirati females to join our team as Customer Happiness Consultants at our management center in Sharjah. If you have a high school diploma or above, relevant experience in customer service, and fluency in Arabic and English, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, or in-person communication channels.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service standards.
- Stay updated on product or service information to provide accurate assistance to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or above.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
