Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

High School Diploma minimum; followed by formal training in security or military.
2-5 years of experience in similar role
For security roles, security, military or police experience preferred
Advance knowledge in security guarding principles and asset protection
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications

2- Senior Specialist, Impact Assessment

Minimum knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in economics, statistics, or relevant field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience
Expertise in results and impact measurement methodologies, methods, processes and systems
Extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, results -based management, portfolio performance assessments.
Strong knowledge of research methods, databases, and statistical programmes.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with seasoned ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and produce accessible recommendations, reports/studies for diverse audiences.
Ability to convey complex/difficult data topics and critical insights in a compelling and relatable manner.
