Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma minimum; followed by formal training in security or military.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar role
- For security roles, security, military or police experience preferred
- Advance knowledge in security guarding principles and asset protection
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
2- Senior Specialist, Impact Assessment
Minimum knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in economics, statistics, or relevant field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience
- Expertise in results and impact measurement methodologies, methods, processes and systems
- Extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, results -based management, portfolio performance assessments.
- Strong knowledge of research methods, databases, and statistical programmes.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with seasoned ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and produce accessible recommendations, reports/studies for diverse audiences.
- Ability to convey complex/difficult data topics and critical insights in a compelling and relatable manner.
- Proficiency in applying and/or analysing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work across channels with multiple stakeholders and achieve results consistently.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage

Minimum knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience
- Seasoned strategic thinking skills with a strong grasp of the latest strategic frameworks and experience in applying them
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deal with complex problems in a structured way, adept at modelling (including financial) and preparing conceptual frameworks and considerable experience conducting research e.g., industry analysis, value chain analysis and business feasibility studies, etc.
- Experience in a broad range of management functions, such as governance, marketing, HR, finance, IT etc. and to understand how these impact an organization’s performance.
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
