Fire Safety Engineer – Abu Dhabi (UAE-based applicants only)
Required Experience/Skills/Education
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in fire engineering practice, including projects or similar fire safety engineering activities.
With a 5-year background in the field, I have gained extensive experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and maintenance of fire systems.
Essential knowledge of UAE Civil Defence fire code and respective NFPA standards.
It is essential to have strong communication, report writing and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills to use tablets, auditing software, MS Office and AutoCAD
Knowledge of emergency management
Preferable
Fire engineering working experience within the GCC or UAE (preferable)
Airport/Aviation fire & and life safety working experience
Emergency Management experience
NEBOSH Fire & Safety Risk Management
NFPA / IFE / IFSM Membership and Affiliation.
