About the Position:
We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dubai. This role is open to UAE nationals with a high school diploma or above, and proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
