Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee official ceremonies, events, and visits.
- Plan and execute protocol activities for VIP guests and dignitaries.
- Manage logistics, including venue arrangements, transportation, and accommodations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain protocols and etiquette standards in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation related to ceremonial events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Previous experience in ceremonies, events management, or protocol roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of protocol and etiquette practices is preferred.
