Description:
Excellence Center is currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Customer Happiness Consultant to join our team in Dubai (Al Quoz). This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services to enhance their experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and following up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
