Embassy of Beauty Spa is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist and Female Spa Receptionist to join our team of professionals:
✨Female Spa Receptionist
( Russian Speakers )
1. Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
2. Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
3. Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
4. Offer beverages and make sure clients are attended to in waiting area
5. Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
6. Inform clients about new services and discounts
7. Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
8. Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
9. Manage our call center
10. Maintain a tidy reception area
1. Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
3. Familiarity with processing transactions
4. Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
5. Solid organization and record-keeping skills
6. An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
7. High School diploma
✨Female Spa Therapist
( Preferably Russian speaker )
1. Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapies, according to the spa’s protocols and standards.
2. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring tailored and personalized treatments.
3. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment room, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Continuously expand your knowledge of current spa treatments, products, and industry trends to provide up-to-date services and recommendations to clients.
6. Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance professional development and maintain a positive work environment.
7. Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the spa.
8. Collaborate with the spa management team to design and implement new treatments, services, and special events.
9. Maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
10. Assist in other spa operations, such as reception duties, appointment scheduling, and inventory management, as needed.
1. A diploma or certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or similar environment.
3. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skin care treatments, and body therapies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
6. A flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings.
7. A professional appearance and demeanor, in accordance with the spa’s dress code and policies.
8. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in appointment scheduling software.
9. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the spa industry.
