Job Description:
– Highly qualified Estimation Manager of MEP company with a minimum of 6 years of experience in UAE.
– Responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.
– Contribute to the development of proposals and budgets and work closely with project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

| Qualifications: | |
| – B.E Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Master’s degree is a plus. | |
| – At least 6 years of work experience in the relevant field in UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi preferably). | |
| – Good knowledge of all divisions of HVAC, ELV, & other Systems, configurations, Supplier base for rates, costs & pricing. | |
| – Commercial and contractual knowledge. | |
| – Extensive knowledge of cost estimation methods and tools. | |
| – Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications. | |
| – Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. | |
| – Knowledge of project management, design and estimation, contract management. | |
