Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for all parties involved.
- Providing timely updates and reports on recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Emirati citizenship is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
