Job Description:
We are seeking a Learner Satisfaction Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service within the real estate industry, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of learner satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate with learners to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in our educational programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and enhancements based on learner feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating learner events and activities.
