Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support office operations? We’re seeking a motivated Office Clerk to join our team in Dubai!

 

| Key Responsibilities: | |
| – Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents | |
| – Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails | |
| – Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner | |
| – Greet visitors and assist as needed | |
| – Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and presentations | |
| – Maintain accurate records and files | |
| – Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements | |
| – Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed | |
| – Perform other clerical duties as assigned | |

| Requirements: | |
| – Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar role is preferred but not required | |
| – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities | |
| – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | |
