Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. This role presents an excellent opportunity for Emirati nationals with a passion for customer service to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, or through email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
    • Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  2. Order Processing:
    • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
    • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  5. Customer Feedback:
    • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
    • Communicate customer feedback to the management team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preparatory or high school diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
