| Key Responsibilities | Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks, with precision and consistency. Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order. Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, taking their orders, and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the preparation and service areas. Cashier Duties: Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive checkout experience. Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor. Keep the cashier area tidy and stocked with necessary supplies. |
